Objectives and priorities
Main objective of the project was the update of the material created during DIGITECH III, its organization in a database as well as the dissemination of this information and related educational material via the web, by developing a suitable infrastructure for the dynamic enrichment of the internet site and included information.
Problems encountered and lessons learnt
It became apparent that such an undertaking needed careful step-by-step planning of the update process and thus a five step approach was applied (determination of the project requirements and goals, development of the knowledge database, development of the internet educational utility, development of specialized tools to aid the learning process, dissemination of the result via seminars).
